Registration Policies

Registration fees

  • All registration fees and passes are based on availability and may be discontinued at any time.
  • Payment of registration fees is by credit card and must be made at the time of registration.
  • Registration fees include food and beverages during the sessions included in registration passes.
  • Groups of 6 or more are provided with a group discount. Please contact Clasma at (972)714-0500.

Travel & Hotel

  • Registration fees and passes do not include travel or hotel accommodation costs.
  • Attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.
  • Hotel reservations made during registration require a credit card for guarantee. No charges will be made at registration time.
  • Attendees are responsible for settling their hotel account upon their departure.
  • A charge of one night accommodation plus taxes will be charged by the hotel for a no-show.

Cancellation & Substitutions

  • A cancellation fee of $250 is charged for any cancellation prior to March 7, 2005.
  • Cancellations received on or after March 7, 2005 and "no shows" are subject to the full registration fee.
  • Substitution is subject to an administration fee of $100 prior to March 7, 2005, and $250 on or after March 7, 2005.
  • In the unlikely event of a personal or family emergency such as death or illness, please contact Clasma at (972)714-0500.

At the event

  • Attendees registering for Multi-Day Passes will receive full conference material.
  • Attendees registering for Single-Day Pass will receive relevant conference material and bag only.
  • Attendees registering for Expo and Networking Pass will not receive any conference material.
  • A name badge will be required for entry to all of expo, conference and networking/social sessions.
  • Dress code for BuilConn is business casual.

Miscellaneous

  • BuilConn activities may be recorded on video for various uses; by registering, you provide permission of recording and any subsequent use.
  • Photography and camera equipment during the event is prohibited.
  • Registration information you provide may be distributed to exhibitors; by registering you provide permission for such distribution.
  • All session agenda details, times, session content and presenters are subject to change at any time.
